Hola! Hi! I’m Cayetana Alayza Pérez, and I am originally from Lima, Peru. I am pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Business and Professional Communication with a minor in Journalism Studies at the University of Central Florida, and I hold an Associate degree from Valencia College.

Specializing in strategic storytelling, corporate communication, and media relations, I bring hands-on experience in AP-style writing, news research, and data-driven feature reporting. As a Contributing Writer covering real estate, market trends, and lifestyle, I translate complex information into compelling narrative assets. I am also an active member of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists (NAHJ) at UCF.
